Return & Refund Policy - Munster Canada
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PACKAGES FROM OUTSIDE OF CANADA THAT HAVE IMPORT OR BROKERAGE FEES DUE ON DELIVERY. USA OR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ "SHIPPING FROM USA / INTERNATIONAL" SECTION BELOW.
Munster offers an open return policy for 90 days after purchase. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging. To complete your return/exchange, we require proof of purchase as well a note in the package specifying if it is a return or exchange. We do not provide a return label for your return.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Munster only refunds 80% of the total product value of a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment when the refund is processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
LATE OR MISSING REFUND
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is posted to your credit card statement. If you’ve done this and you still haven't received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs for returning your items. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.
SHIPPING FROM USA / INTERNATIONAL
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PACKAGES THAT HAVE IMPORT FEES DUE ON DELIVERY, including Duties, Taxes or Brokerage fees. We strongly recommend to use only USPS for all return shipping from the USA. Make sure your shipment is marked as "RETURN TO SENDER", and that any import or brokerage fees are prepaid. DO NOT mark shipment as "Merchandise" or "Goods" or it will be rejected. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PACKAGES SHIPPED BY UPS, or any other carrier which charges brokerage fees upon delivery. Other shipping providers may be accepted as long as all brokerage and import fees are prepaid. If a package is rejected due to unnecessary import or brokerage fees, we will not be responsible for any cost of shipping incurred by the customer.
